Mom of 2 in Parsons

We needed to have some repair work done on our sidewalk. Since we are familiar with doing it ourselves we decided to just purchase ready mix concrete from O'Brian's to save us the time and hassle of mixing it ourselves. They brought in the truck, poured the concrete and left us to finish it out. We saved money and the customer service was great. All of our questions were answered to our satisfaction and the truck was on time to deliver!

I left my purse on top of our car and it was taken. It frightened me to think that someone could have access to our house and vehicle keys. We called Steve's Lock Out. Steve was able to set us up with some high quality, very secure locks for our doors. He was quick, asked us questions about our lifestyle so that he could suggest locks to meet our needs and we walked away happy!

We were having some severe problems with the water backing up in to our tub and sinks. The drains were clogged thanks to what we thought was tree roots. We called Jerry who came out and worked on them for us. It turns out there were more than just tree roots. Thankfully he was able to clear the drains. We had to have them done again about 6 months later but it wasn't because of the job he did, it was the regrowth of roots and such.

We bought our first computer from Parsons Computers and they repaired it many times while it was under warranty. By the time we got our second computer my husband built it himself. When we had an issue we couldn't solve we took it to Chuck at Parsons Computers and he was able to pinpoint the problem quickly and get us on our way!

We were moving in to a new house and the AC was on the blink. We called Always Cozy and the owner came out the next day. He fixed the AC for us and did a general inspection on our gas furnace without charging us. It was nice to know whether it was safe to use or not!

We called Brown's Heating and Cooling when our heater was blowing cold air. It was a Saturday yet Troy made it a point to come out right away. The job was quickly over, the price was reasonable and we had heat again! Thanks!!
