**Update: not happy with service now not happy with the installation but happy with the quality of the new windows. ** Ryan was professional & had good recommendations for the new windows. After the installation, rooms are quieter, brighter & windows look larger in the same openings. Outside the house looks new. Our install was done by Alexi & his crew of 2. They were friendly & did an excellent job. They laid down runners to protect the floors & stairs as well as drop sheets in each room. Alexi & crew detailed the mouldings by filling nail holes & caulking the edges. They cleaned up all the debris afterwards. The only problem was the factory delayed the shipment of 2 windows which had to be installed a week later. We requested Alexi & crew to return and finish the job. They adjusted 2 windows so they would open easier, and did a great job on the installation of the 2 delayed windows. ***************************************************************************Update: subsequently I noticed 8 of the windows were not seated properly on the clips so the frames were bulging. The first service guy came on October 12 and couldn’t fix it as some of the windows were too big. He said they would have someone call to schedule 2 service guys to deal with the big window, but no one called for 2 weeks until I called. After another call a week later I was finally able to get someone to book an appointment for November 23, and today I got a call to say they have to cancel on the day of the service. They said it won’t be until the new year. This is unacceptable service, and the original service guy Alexi did not seat the windows properly and technically did not do a good job. Looks like I will have to call back in the new year to get this sorted out.
