Needed some pot lights and a wifi light switch to be supplied and installed. They arrived on time. Started immediately to work on the room. Around early noon time the job was completed. Clean up after their self. Also before the start they demonstrated the features of the pot light. Very cool as it emits 5 different colours/strength. Very happy with their services and will contact them soon to install some more throughout the house.

Jib is an excellent person to deal with. No pressure and no sales techniques. Jib took his time to walk us through the details and design. We have some other questions that came to mind afterwards and Jib was able to answer them within a timely manner. Last minute we asked him to do a minor change and Jib had it done without hesitation. Excellent person to deal with. Can't express enough I luckily we consider our self that we found him.

Micheal from Durham Landscaping is great to deal with. Excellent work ethics and very easy to deal with. Always available to answers phone calls or to reply back for questions that came into my mind at late night. He patiently answered them each time. I have recommended their services to a friend of mine which was also very happy to work with them.

We renewed all of our appliances. The biggest benefit is you can price match and receive and additional discount. There are two disadvantages. 1. Not the entire product where in stock. They had to delivery them as they became available. 2. The delivery company is a 3rd part company, you’ll better make sure that you inspect anything and everything. Including from your entrance door, floors and all four sides on your appliances. The delivery guys screw driver slipped and scratch the fridge and they damaged the bottom of the range which I have accidently noticed it as the lower door didn’t opened up. I have all noted these two things and also indicated “Subjected to future inspection”. Made a claim and received a $500 gift card from Sears. It worth the hassle at the end of the day. Just be careful with the prices and inspection upon delivery.

UNRELIABLE AFTER SALES SERVICE, RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE CLIENTS!!! I called 2 times in the past telling that my furnace is not turning on sometimes. I had noticed it during the day times in few occasions in the past, turned off / on from the thermostat and it was somehow working back. Customer service associates excuse was that this is a normal thing even if wouldn’t do anything it will do it by himself with the resetting. Today (Nov 8th Thursday) nothing helped to re-start the furnace. Called around 9 pm, almost 10 min on hold, no one to be reached, tried again after few minutes, again no one to be reached. Called again around 9:30 pm and waited until I reached someone at the so called “AFTER HOURS NO HEAT EMERGENCY SERVICE” department. A lady took my information and told me I would get a phone call from one of the tech in 2 or less hr’s. Phoned back at 11:30 pm to get a status updated. This time a male “AFTER HOURS NO HEAT EMERGENCY SERVICE” staff p/u the line and said that they have dispatched my information I should continue to wait patiently? ... When I asked him if there is anything that I should do for safety purposes he said with a very rude attitude that he is not a furnace expert. Asking him when I should expect a phone call the answer was “NO IDEA, WE ARE TAKING THE CALLS ONLY” What an “AFTER HOURS NO HEAT EMERGENCY SERVICE” It is 12:01 AM, no heat, no phone calls, no instruction/warnings for any safety precautions, no advice for self trouble shooting and still counting... I have received phone around 8 am and they said to me that the technician should arrive before noon. I have 2 gentleman’s coming around 9 ~ 9:30 am. They quickly diagnosed the problem that didn’t let the furnace pilot light ignite. 10 min, problem solved... WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE AND CAN’T IMAGE WHAT COULD HAVE WE DONE IF IT WAS MINUS 20 – 30 DEGREES OUTSIDE...
