There is a another that didn't respond to my 2 emails, and later on I contacted a company called Skylight Solutions. . I called and emailed the latter and finally someone came out to give the assessment. When the truck pulled up I noticed both company names on it. A man called Arthur ( representing Skylight Solutions) had a look and gave some suggestions. I was wanting a skylight in the living room. He called the next day for my email. I called on Sep 24th (about 10 days after the visit) and left a message asking what had happened to my quote. To date, I have heard nothing more and apart from being unprofessional, they charged $150 for the visit, which I knew about beforehand, but now I feel completely taken advantage of. Did he come out just to make an easy $150? This is unacceptable. I guess the Better Business is the next step.
