Beautiful stone, terrible service, won't be doing business with them again( I was a repeat customer and to think I actually sought them out again!). What's with the money upfront racketeering?! In Lori's actual words: "if you don't pay my guy upfront, he'll leave with the remaining stone". Overall, poor workmanship, poor communication and poor service based on gouging on the poor communication. Will be very surprised if they are still in the business in the near future.

Its unfortunate when a customer is upset with a situation but in this case on two previous occasions when money was due it was not ready and our staff had lengthy waits on the job site while the customer went to the bank, even though the customer was well aware of how much was due each time, on this third and final payment which was a VERY small amount we wanted to alleviate any wait times as our installer had another appointment so the money was asked for when he arrived to deliver the backsplash pieces. The customer called to complain that we were requesting the money and it was explained to him that because of the previous problems and wait times that we had experienced with him that we felt this was the best course of action. He stated to our installer how happy he was with his stone and we are saddened that he was upset but if payments had been ready as arranged than money would not have been an issue.
