I think that they are one of the better companies here in the charlotte area. I used the once when I first moved into my home. We were not getting certain rooms to cool as well as others and were basically told that there was nothing that we could really do about the situation. I later found out that our home was not insulated the best that it could have been. The technician was friendly and polite. The office staff was also pretty friendly and understanding. They were able to squeeze me in the same day that I called.

My ac needed freon and I called Alpine. They were able to send a technician the next day. I thought that they did not really charge a fair price, since other companies charge about $65 to come out and then some for freon. The technician wasn't exceptional, not very friendly but he did his job. When I called in to report my ac problem, I was put on hold for 7 minutes before they got to me and then I had to repeat my information 3 times. I wasn't very impressed by their service.

My drain in the bathroom was clogged up and we had done everything we could to try and unclogg it ourselves. They sent out a technician the same day, which I really appreciated. I had called some other places and they couldn't come out till the next day. Since we only have one bathtub in our home, we really needed someone to come out the same day. It was a decent deal, since all the companies charge about this much to come out. For me, friendly service really makes a big difference, and this is exactly what they provide.

My husband and I were moving and needed to rent a truck. This was really a great deal for us. It was close to our home and the millage was great. We were able to pick the truck up, drive it to our old house, make a few trips to the new house and return the truck all for under $60. We got a free upgrade for the same price. I was really satisfied with the service. The people were friendly too, which always makes a big difference.

I called because my ac was not working. My call was answered by a polite secretary. They were able to schedule a repair man to come out to my home the same day, and thank God they were able to do so because it was a hot summer day, almost 97 outside. Their repairman Ken was great and did a great job with our unit. He also gave us some helpful tips for keeping our ac running well and keeping our electricity bill lower. Great service!
