Paul is truly a wonderful person!! I am very grateful for your service and help. Paul went above and beyond to help us out of an emergency situation and was able to trouble shoot over the phone and guide me on how to fix the water outage to my house, after being without water for 6 hours. The city of Toronto water department was not even able to provide a solution, even thought the construction on the street created the water outage.
