The quality of work was acceptable, however, I did have to seal the tile myself. The main issue was a language barrier as a result of which, the contractor threatened to rip out my tile and put a lien on my house because of a misunderstanding on his part (while he was in my house and I was at work). It was sorted out, but this is unacceptable behavior. For perspective, this is a small $2,500 job on a $700k+ house in Marda loop.
