He and his father came by, did a thorough inspection and we wrote up the deal right on the spot for exactly what he’d quoted. When I asked how soon he could do the job, he said the following day! He said he had a window of opportunity, it was small job and the weather looked good. Other roofers were saying a minimum of four to six weeks with some suggesting early spring. His crew arrived the following morning and by mid-afternoon, just before it started to rain, they were finished and the site cleaned. My wife really appreciated that Chand took the time to choose a shingle style that matched those on the roof of our house and I was extremely please with a professionally installed new roof for a very reasonable price - before the rains set in.
