Recommend. Impressed from start to finish. Very organized and professional. ***The only advertised 24/7 company I called that actually picked up the phone for me at near midnight. *** *Issue: This was for emerg service for a leased property where the water wouldn't shut off in the shower + a non emerg shower faucet repair which I asked for since they were coming. *The Initial Call for Service: Live person answered near midnight! Nikki professionally explained the whole quotation process. Able to get someone out right away at my preferred time. A confirmation was both emailed and texted right after the call which had the plumber's name and picture of who to expect. *The Service/Repair: Rian and helper arrived on time. He called to thoroughly explain required repairs and get authorization to proceed. They wore masks, shoe covers, and cleaned and sanitized after the job. Were polite and friendly to the tenants. They finished in about an hour. On completion, Rian called to confirm all the work that was done and tested and took payment over the phone. During that call, I got the invoice for the work completed by email and by text. It included pictures of the 2 jobs which he took on his own initiative to provide. I usually ask for pics if I can't be there but had forgotten and thought that was a nice touch. The cost included parts and labour for 2 faucet repairs which required new cartridges and one new handle. Unexpected issues like this happening late at night can be perplexing especially when you have inconvenienced tenants waiting on you to resolve it in the middle of the night.
