I was looking for a can opener and ended up browsing. This store was so clean I was AMAZED, it had been raining for about a week straight but the floors still had a high polish. The store was very busy but I was asked if I needed help by 2 different employees.

I had three storm windows that were broken and I took them to this store. The employees were nice and quick to help. My windows were ready in a week and I had no problems or lines to stand in.
Joann's has a great selection but the selection is more on the pricey side. They don't tend to carry the cheaper brands. There fabrics are great but it is time consuming to get help from staff as everyone seems to alway be busy and if you are in a hurry then you are out of luck.
I dropped off my computer on a Saturday and was told I probably would not get it back until Wednesday. They had it done and ready by Monday afternoon. I was very glad as I was having withdrawl!!! They were closed Sunday. The counter guys are very helpful and answered all of my questions without making me feel dumb.
