I called this company because I see their ads on tv all of the time and I needed a plumber to fix the drain in my laundry room. They were late for the appointment and were here for only 15 minutes. The quoted price on the phone was not what I was charged and the man that came to my home was rude. I was asking questions about what was wrong and he cut me short and didn't give me answers that I needed. I wouldn't use them again.

When I went to porter paint to look for a special color I needed for my daughter's bedroom it wasn't available but they said it was no problem to mix a custom color in any brand that I wanted. They ended up having to blend the color 3 times to get the exact right shade and I offered to buy the mixups but they wouldn't hear of it. They said they were there to make me happy and mix a color that I would be happy with. Now that I am preparing to paint my livingroom and kitchen I plan to go back to porter paint and get my paint for those rooms too.

Recently I decided to get new ceiling fixtures for my bedroom and diningroom with no idea of what I needed or the differences in what Home Depot had on display. I was helped by a wonderfully informative individual that was able to suggest several different options that would be perfect for the rooms where the lighting was needed. He considered my budget and the needs that I had and spent over 90 minutes helping me. In the end I got what I wanted and this was a wonderful learning experience.

I had been searching for a good deal on a chest type freezer for my apartment that was reasonably priced and finally located just what I needed at HH Gregg. I looked on the internet, ordered what I wanted and had someone pick it up for me. It is the single best purchase that I have ever made. Just yesterday I purchased another one for my daughter and her husband as a housewarming gift for their new home. I was originally worried about buying a brand that I wasn't familiar with but I haven't had any trouble with it at all and would highly recommend it to anyone. If you need a freezer I can say that Haier is a trustworthy brand.

With the recent birth of my grandbaby I was in dire need of all things baby. I went to this store and was able to not only purchase clothing but furniture and what large items we needed. The prices are better than regular stores and the run good sales several times a year. The bonus is that after you are done with the items if they are still in good shape they will buy them back from you to resell.

My apartment was treated for roaches and bedbugs recently and this company stands by their promises. The worker that was sent was great at explaining everything that was going to occur and what to expect. I can now proudly say that my apartment is totally bug free for the first time in months.
