We had a new roof installed, sheeting and all, 3 years ago. The amount of mold for such a short time was quite a bit. This father and son team had to work in brutal conditions on a very low slope roof with minimal area to move around. The chemical cleaning spray smell was pungent for a short time, but cleared quickly by opening the windows for some fresh air. The work was done quickly and meticulously. The 2 pictures are, before and after, of one of the smaller areas. The entire roof looks like its brand new again. If I am unlucky to have mold anywhere in my house again, AMPM will be the first call I make. They are not satisfied until you are happy with the result!
