The staff was friendly and they have a great selection, but boots are a bit pricey. We shopped for Carharts- we have a welder in the family and they were about $10 more a pair than what we usually pay.
I went there for a filter and I had to ask three people for help. I got passed around a lot and finally someone referred me to the special order desk. Once I did order, it came in a few days.
I have an odd size of filter for my heating system. After going to two places, I tried them and they carry just about every size. A little spendy, but at least they have it.
So much better than Home Depot. This local chain really cares about the community and offers classes and advice. Staff always is willing to help and asks about your project.
We had a guy sit down with us and explain how to empty the hot water heater and replace the elements. He even offered to swing by on his way home from work to check on us.
