I cannot say enough good things about STS Tree Services. The six-person crew showed up on time, were professional, knowledgeable, efficient and very careful. From Jack’s quotation and paperwork for a permit, tree removal piece by piece by Josh, stump grinding to clean up by Tommy, Jeff and Zack and overseeing the job by Virginia with Rico’s assistance. They were a pleasure to deal with and worked very hard for 1.5 hours to cut down a 35-40' white birch on my front yard. They were especially careful with my and neighbour’s properties and cleaned everything up as they worked. I will definitely have them back and so will my next-door neighbour. On July 8th my basement was flooded following the flash flood. After reading the great reviews on HomeStars, I called Aquatech who responded immediately. Andrew came over and assessed the job and also took the time to answer all of my questions. He also explained what the problems were and assured me that the work that he and his team carried out would ensure that my basement exterior was properly waterproofed Andrew kept to his promised schedule and for a surprising affordable cost. He and his team were very professional, honest and hard working. I highly recommend them to my friends who will be using Aquatech in the spring.
