Raymond came by on short notice to look at some issues that I've been having with squirrel damage and loud dripping noises coming from newly installed eavestrough and downspout (that a different company installed). Raymond identified the trouble spots that lead to the issues I've been having right away ( in not easily accessible areas). He also accurately identified the likely cause of the dripping noise via the initial visual assessment. It could have been coming from any of 4 locations. Upon opening up the downspout, he found that an adjoining piece coming off of a lower section of roof had been shoved so far into the main downspout that it was approximately 80% occluded. Looking at it, he laughed, my neighbor laughed, and I laughed ( while crying on the inside). Raymond took care of it all, glad I called him.

Just go with these guys. I had what I suspected was a squirrel trying to nest in behind my fascia board along the roofline. So I called a few pest control services to get an idea of what to expect. Sajjy stood out because he was clearly trying to understand my particular circumstances. Patient, personable and I got the sense that he was a genuinely helpful person. Upon completion of the job, I can confirm to you that my hunch was right. Great job, I would definitely recommend their services.

Extremely satisfied with the result. After meeting Jon, I felt secure about going ahead with the job. He was clear about the process, had good recommendations, and I was left with the sense that he honestly wanted to find the right solution for me. They were able to schedule me within a few weeks during a stretch of unpredictable weather. Bobby came by and made it happen. The brick at hand is very old and porous. It was clear that he was being meticulous and attentive about the job of priming onto old brick. He did an amazing job and it shows.

I took three quotations for the job and Nick was by far the most thorough in his assessment of my roof. He gave a good description of what needed to be done, went over potential trouble spots, and provided a cost analysis on site (including pictures). He was genuine and patient with questions I had and the interaction never felt rushed. Out of the three, he seemed the most worthy of the good reviews that all of them had. He was able to schedule a day sooner than I expected. Nick and the crew arrived on time and performed as advertised. Thankful that I found company that I would use again.

My initial review for this company was positive. However, any good that was established with the initial installation was reversed with the horrendous customer service experience that I had with them after problems began to arise with a leak in the boiler exhaust pipe. The problem occurred a long while back (2012ish) within a year of the installation date of the system. They had someone come down to take a look and that person told me that it was no problem and that they would take care of it "next week". That day never came. Instead I entered a bottomless ordeal with customer service reps that seemed to care more about shifting responsibility than to deal with their faulty installation. A MONTH GOES BY. I spoke with at least 4 different reps at different times and on the last occasion (5TH interaction) spoke with one of the managers that tried to claim that the leaking issue was no longer covered under warranty BECAUSE IT WAS NOW CONVENIENTLY OUT OF THE SPECIFIED TIME LIMIT OF THE WARRANTY. It was a heated and extremely frustrating discussion. So much so that I could no longer imagine a productive relationship with these people and decided to change companies. This is the very abbreviated version of the events that took place. Even recalling the experience now six years later is very undesirable and thus I will leave it as is. Happening upon the good review I once wrote. I cannot in good conscience leave it the way it was. And now that it is corrected, I will now go back to blocking that memory from my reality. Hope this helps someone.
