In the early winter 2020 (of all years), our fireplace stopped working. It was time to replace it. After a consultation with Babz, we arranged a consultation with Josh. We learned that our old fireplace was over 20 years old. Josh shared a brochure with some sample models and we selected a model and design that we liked for our home. The next steps involved coordinating paperwork between our condo manager and Babz, who is so kind and pleasant to work with. She had everything in order! When it was time for Stephen and Shawn to remove the old fireplace and install the new fireplace, everything went smoothly. They worked diligently and independently and well together. They followed all safety precautions and wore PPE. Before they left they provided a detailed overview about how to use the new fireplace, digital thermostat, and reassured us that a technician would return for annual maintenance and cleaning. Overall it was a great experience working with all team members of Classic Fireplace, and this is why we have given a 5-star rating! –B and B
