An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
We contacted Elemental Restoration due to leak issues we found in our basement foundation wall, we had some water proofing companies in prior for estimates and due to the costs involved from these estimates we felt that the basement should be inspected further. Neal arrived at our home and assessed the issues in our basement in which he found through Infra Red camera inspection the areas that had been leaking where from small cracks that could be fixed internally instead of from the exterior.
