Worst service ever!! I ordered windows back in March. The day of installation they called me an hour late to cancel and promised to have my windows installed the next week. No one showed up that day either. I called the company multiple times, and got reply back, so I finally left a message to cancel the order and was going to go with another supplier instead. 3 months later the company calls me to tell me they have my windows ready to install. After reminding them that I cancelled, the sales rep finally calls and informs me that because I did not deal with him directly, my cancellation was not sufficient enough and threatened to take me to court if I did not proceed with their window install. So I called the other supplier and cancelled, losing my $500 deposit with them. When the Window Mart installer finally arrived and installed my windows, it was poorly done. He cut through my siding and then siliconed it back together, leaving smears all over. In other places the windows don't even align with the siding, leaving gaps and I will now have to replace the siding as a result. Additionally, I have requested flat trim to go with the interior of my bathroom window, as the rest of my windows have the same. What was installed was not flush and looks like an eyesore!! I don't even want to call the company to have them fix it again, as I'm worried what else they will screw up next!!
