Alex came in this morning to diagnose my warm fridge and freezer. He quickly diagnosed the issue, and left to get the replacement part. He replaced the defective part, and the fridge is working much better now. Very professional, and provided some helpful hints to me to ensure better temperature flow in the fridge and freezer.
