Called AtlasCare for a furnace repair based on the other reviews here. The receptionist was friendly and able to arrange a technician (Kyle) to come that evening. He was courteous and professional, explaining what he had found and what needed to be fixed. He had the part in his truck, and he quickly made the repair. He was also upfront about the cost. I will say that the cost is on the high side compared to other quotes I've seen for the same repair, but the quality and professionalism are there to match.

Alex and his nephew came over on relatively short notice to inspect and sweep two (rather tall) chimneys. They were knowledgeable, polite, organized and clean. Alex had some good advice, and instead of trying to talk me into spending more, made suggestions for how I could make some minor improvements myself for less cost. Overall, I am quite pleased with the service and can recommend them to others.
