My husband and I hired Sean to do a pre-purchase home inspection for an older townhome in Vancouver. We were headed out of town and needed the inspection done on a particular day - Sean was able to accommodate our timeline and was very prompt when it came to responding to email, calls, and arriving at the home to do the inspection. He is very thorough! His inspection discovered mold, rodents, poor insulation and venting in the attic which led to us not purchasing. We were very thankful for his excellent inspection. We then hired him to do an inspection of the next place we wanted to purchase. Again, he was very thorough and each inspection was followed up with a very clear, easy to read, and thorough inspection report emailed a few hours after the inspection. I would highly recommend his services he is personable, easy to work with, and reliable!
