Moving homes is never easy. These guys came exactly on time and were very hard working. Tables, beds were unassembled and wrapped, everything was moved carefully. We did not noticed any damage to our furnitures nor to the houses. Very happy and highly recommended.
Had him installed the shower door for our bathroom. Work took longer than expected but he stayed till finished. The area was kep tidy and he cleaned up and removed the old shower doors.
Terrible company. Got a F rating from BBB for reason. Signed up for home cooling/heating maintenance plan. Service person was fine but we are moving and no longer require their service. First call they said ok, will cancel but still charge us anyways. 2nd call says we cannot cancel have to pay till next year. We are not even going to be in this house. BEWARE, DO NOT USE THEM.

If you can send us your information we can send you the terms you agreed to when you signed-up for the protection plan. It clearly states that it's a one-year plan. We may be able to move your plan to your new residence.
First time hired another company to trim the hedges and they made a mess of it. Uneven sides, complained it was too much work. Had to get these guys in and they worked quickly and efficiently. Also cheaper than previous company. Would hire them again next year without hesitation.
Asked for back hedge to be trimmed and evened out. His worker came and pruned the hedge but left the sides uneven by two feet on either side! Told owner we were not happy and was told they could only do so much with what they have. More discussion, owner agreed to come by and saw work. Told use worker would come back on a Sunday to do work. Waited all Sunday, nobody showed up. Called owner again who apologized and gave us refund. I mean, I like the guy but his running the business needs improvement. Hopefully with better trained workers, he can have better customer satisfaction.
Got some quotes to remove squirrels from attic. Some were rediculous and nickel and dime you for services you don't need. Grady Wildlife Removal gave a reasonable quote and did the service promptly and professionally. We feel he is honest and trustworthy and would recommend him.
Been using them for years to tuneup my furnace. They are prompt and do the job well. Had no problems with extra costs. Furnace works fine and is more than 10 years old now.

Looked at previous reviews from this website and decided to replace my damaged garage door with Door Doctors. They replaced two garage doors effectively and promptly. Quality seems good and price seems fair. Doors work well and no issues so far. Would recommend.
These guys work really hard, showed up on time and cleaned after themselves when done. The work is definitely high grade and very efficient. Better, more timely communications would have helped increased the overall score.
