Amir and his team had been tasked to complete Masonary work which included brick and stone work. The work was completed without a hitch and the he entire team worked through out the winter to complete the job in budget and on schedule.

Vikas and his team recently (Oct 2016) changed the bathroom vanities in two of our washrooms and the powder room, as well as the kitchen counter-top. I had shortlisted 5 contractors from HomeStars and asked them for quotes, of which A Granito World was one. I selected A Granito World as they had a good range of options, offered competitive pricing, and seemed very accommodating and flexible. I own multiple properties in Canada/US and routinely deal with contractors, and so have worked with many good residential contractors. However, my experience with A Granito World surpassed all others. Vikas and his team are EXCELLENT! They are extremely professional, understanding, accommodating, and go over and beyond. They completed the bathrooms/kitchen as per expectations in terms of quality of work, budget, and timelines. The final work product looks amazing (photos attached) and we are very happy with it. I would highly recommend A Granito World to anyone looking of a great contractor for their bathroom vanities and kitchen counter-tops.

My air conditioner was not working on one of the hottest days this summer. I called one of the local repair company's. They pumped 2 pound of refrigerant and charged me $350. It broke down again 3 days after being repaired. When I tried calling the them, I was told that it would take 4 days for a technician to show up and solution the problem. I called Rafi and requested him to have a look at the issue. He had a commercial project in the east end of the city and after he was done for the day, he drove all the way to the west end to check my AC. He explained to me that the equipment was more than 15 years old, the refrigerant had leaked, and there were pin holes in the coils causing the leakage. He also added that even though he would fix the leak, there was no guarantee that the coils would not spring more pin holes due to aging. His suggestion was to install a new AC that was more efficient. It would cost me more, but over the long run I wouldn't have to pay for constant repair's and save on electricity consumption. I agreed and Rafi came the next morning (which was a weekend) to install the new AC. I have no hesitation in recommending Rafi to friends and family

The renters living in my house do not bother to use any electrical equipment like the exhaust (after bathing) or the range hood while cooking resulting in excessive humidity. This resulted in mold issues in the bedrooms and the closet. Ross and Rob realized my dilemna. They not only cleaned the mold, but painted with a mold resistant paint and installed an attic fan which would suck the humidity constantly from the affected rooms. They were very flexible and understanding. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to my friend's.

Mike was extremely prompt and professional in all his communications. If there was a delay, he would let me know before hand. Besides doing an excellent job, he was reasonably priced. I would certainly use him for any future projects.
