Trace and Aaron arrived on time, provided plastic bags to protect our mattresses (we forgot to get those!) and plastic wrap for our furniture that needed to be wrapped up. Handled all of our belongings with so much care. Packaged and unloaded things professionally (followed all of our detailed instructions with respect to where we wanted our things to be placed, and even asked if we wanted anything to be moved elsewhere after they were done!).
