The experience, from start to finish, was professional and easy. We contacted Panes for a quote to replace six custom windows. They were quick and responsive to deal with; the quote given was much better than any other company we contacted. From there, we set a date for installation and received regular communication from Panes on the timeline. The installation went great and the windows are excellent quality! We had an issue with one window missing a feature we’d ordered and, without fuss, Panes came and replaced it within a week or so. I definitely recommend Panes for a professional, well-priced service.
