Jon and his team renovated our 100+ year home over a span of 5 months. We had a very positive experience. The crew was extremely professional, accommodating to our site visits and requests, and worked collaboratively on-site to resolve anything that came up. The quality of workmanship and peace of mind are the differentiators of working with Rain City. We knew they had our best interest in mind. The work was well scoped out, the budget Jon put together was very thorough and in line with the final spend, and the visibility of all the spending was really helpful. I would (and already have) recommend Rain City!

We loved working with Madeleine and her team. They came up with a great floorplan that utilized every square foot of our 100 year old home, including adding 1.5 bathrooms and giving us a proper master suite. It was great having a team that completely took care of permitting, drawings for the contractors, vendors, etc., and of course narrowing down finishes down to the finest detail. I would highly recommend them to any home owner looking to do a mid to high end renovation!

Atiar is one of the most prompt and courteous tradespeople I have dealt with. Most recently, he helped us fix the spark module on our gas stove and has also helped fix our washing machine (wasn't spinning) in the past. I would absolutely recommend him for appliance repair!

Harold re-finished our oak stairs and very old, very hard floors in May and June 2013. What I like about Harold is that he talks you through everything he is going to do, and makes sure you are comfortable. He was also very accommodating to our schedule. In the end, he was able to bring new life into old floors, and we're very happy with the results.

After reading glowing reviews on Homestars, I had no hesitation calling Brent to do a pre-purchase home inspection. Sure enough, he lived up to the high expectations. The inspection was thorough and covered all the major aspects of the home (roof, electrical, plumbing, foundation, exterior, heating, testing appliances). The whole process was not at all rushed, and he was happy to explain things as many times as needed, as well as answer all our questions. Best of all, he was happy to take questions after the inspection! I would absolutely recommend Brent for a home inspection!
