I bought a sofa from Raj at the Granview hwy location on a Tuesday, the sofa was delivered as promised on Thursday. On arrival I noticed a mark on the back of the sofa which cleaned off easily but thete was fabric defect in that area. I was not happy. My son called JR and spoke with Bob who arranged for that piece of the sofa to be exchanged on Saturday. I appreciated their prompt action without hassle.
