Provided input on material selection, and took extra care scribing and detailing each piece to fit properly in a challenging renovation setting (with few straight lines). Provided prep for additional post-inspection modifications, and installed all door hardware. Having lived in the house for over a year now, I'm pleased to see that everything has held up over time. Front and backyard renovation, decking, railing, interlock, grading, sod, and outdoor kitchen (built-in BBQ, concrete countertop, heat shield/privacy fence). While the project took longer than we had hoped, much of the delays were out of Caspian's control and they were always professional and communicative. The final product is very high quality, and Payam and his team continuously looked for solutions throughout to make sure we were happy with the look and functionality of everything they built.
