I called roto rooter extremely upset and unhappy with the service I received from another company (after many rebooks and much time off work I was extremely frustrated!!) I finally got a technician who wanted to charge me $600!!! so I called roto rooter, I got a wonderful young lady on the phone who helped me out by getting me in the same day, this technician was on time, the girls in the office gave me a quick heads up call to make sure I was ready for him (and believe me I was more then ready!!) He arrived gave me a reasonable quote of $240 and began the work, after my sink was cleared he cleaned up and left my home cleaner then it was when he arrived!
