I have used this company a couple of years ago. I booked them again twice on March 4th,2021, and March 8th,2021 to remove junk from my house.I will use them again. They called me before they arrived and were at my location before schedule. And called me after they reached the location. Kevin & Andrew helped me on March 4th and Mathew & Andrew helped me on March 8th. Kevin, Andrew and Mathew are very experienced, hardworking, professional and very careful with moving stuff out of my house. Some of the furniture was challanging and they managed it very well. They work very fast and efficient and had good coordination. They knew exactly what I wanted after just explaining once. But alway's asked if they were in doubt. Great Company. I had a water leak from my master bedroom washroom to the family room and basement. United Water Restoration group help me fix the problem. Zsolt project manager was on-site in half hour. He called the plumber and his crew and they arrived in half hour and stopped the leak and started to work right away. Zsolt explained the whole process very clearly. Zsolt and his team were very fast,professional, efficient, honest and hardworking. Its very difficult to find honest and trustworthy contractors now a days. I knew I was in good hands. United Water Restoration communicated directly with my insurance company. I used United Water Restoration group for the rebuild. Zoltan did a good job with the painting, and flooring.
