Andrew and his co worker do an excellent job on installing quality doors. This is the second time we have had Andrew install doors. We love them. I wish he did other repairs, or installations . he is a gem. His workmanship and knowledge outstanding. Thanks again Andrew!

Thank You so much for taking time to leave a few words! Was great to come back to do a 2nd door (especially since this one turned out to be in sooo much worse shape than the back door, we replaced last year - the base framing layer pretty much disintegrated into loose pile of mulch but we've fully rebuilt it, so now the door will have a solid base to sit on) :)))

So glad that this time around the door came in ahead of schedule too! Got to say that this year things seem to be finally improving with logistics thanks to a few changes with my manufacturing network.

Although we were without our fridge for two weeks, it was partly my fault as I unplugged the fridge. I was not aware it had to be running for the technician to get the correct reading. So, then had to reschedule. Then I had to wait for a part. However ARS was good with the communication, and their technician was here when they said he would be here. Their tech Andre was accommodating, pleasant and he fixed the fridge!

We were impressed with the quality of the doors, Andrew and his crew. We were concerned with water damage from our previous doors, and Andrew took the time to explain his installation to avoid water leakage. He was true to his word and installation was above and beyond. The doors look great, and we were tickled from start to finish. His finishing touches were perfect. I would recommend Andrew to any of my friends.
