In regards to the move: They didn't shrink wrap the furniture (which I think was supposed to be included in the price). They did wrap some pieces in cloth. Moving was quick. In regards to payment: paid price in full at time of move completion. movers confirmed amount was correct. Sokol kept adding fees after payment completed. Stay away from movers like this.

Hello Dear Boomesh,
we appreciate you taking the time to leave a review, but we also would like to clarify a few things about your move:
1. We didn't shrink wrap the furniture as we did better and wrap all the furniture into blankets and furniture covers NOT in some cloth, which provides more protection for your belongings than just shrink-wrap. Our crew were used special moving pads, which come free of charge.
2. In terms of the payment:
Your move has been estimated at a total of $460 + HST = $519.80, and an official quote estimate has been sent to your email.
Once you decide to book our service, we received the following payments:
a) $113 deposit on 04/08/21 via credit card payment online. An official invoice and receipt have been provided to your email.
b) On a moving day, Aug 8th, 2021, your move charge was:
total of 3 hrs. x $80/per hour = $240
$185 one time truck fee (includes gas coverage, use of blankets, shrink wrap and runners to protect the floor from scratches and dirt)
$35 exercise equipment (originally included in the quote and agreed by you)
Subtotal: $460 + HST = $519.80 - the price EQUALLY MATCH the estimated price.
We received the second payment of $360 via e-transfer on Aug 8th, 2021, and yes, movers made a mistake during the final calculation and undercharged you.
The total of your move $519.80 - $113 deposit payment - $360 = $46.80 an outstanding balance after all payments.
On Aug 10th, 2021, I've sent you an email explaining why your account has an outstanding balance of $46.80 and kindly ask you to pay the due balance to close the transaction. I have been apologizing to you several times as we are all human beings, and we all made mistakes sometimes.

We didn't charge you any extra penny! We value and treat all clients equally. We are working hard to make our clients happy.
As you say, your move went fast, and I would like to add that no damage has been done to your items or property.

Our deepest apologies to your once again if this issue made you feel uncomfortable.
