We recently got a frameless shower box installed in our basement washroom and it looks beautiful. They ran into a problem with the drainage that was not expected so work took longer than we thought it would. Unfortunately the work was late and our guest had already arrived by the time work was wrapping up. 4 stars for being late on project, but work is of awesome quality!

My Asus Zenbook started shutting down on it's own and I couldn't figure out why. I read Homestars reviews and decided to take my laptop to Tony. After he asked me 3 questions he already knew what the problem was. I was assured a fix and explained very well, although I didn't understand some of it. It turns out that I need to clean my computer from inside or else it will get stuck and start to heat up too much. Ralph called me next day and told me computer was all good and no longer shutting down. I'm very satisfied with the smooth outcome and nothing major. From now on I will maintain my computer better and i will definitely take it to PCNix for recurring maintenance work.

I just moved in to the new place and garage door fried. My partner called Dodds because we've heard the radio ads. The tech Brian came out to our place, he was on time, professional and very informative. Apparently the motor was very old and needed a replacement. Costly? yes. Instant gratification? Absolutely. Will hire again? I hope not but if needed Dodds is the place to be. Thanks for your service.

The tech and tickTock tech saved my job.... or help me secure my job that i'm currently working. My computer wasn't booting up at all and was sitting on a blank screen. In desperation I called random places and everyone wanted 2 to 3 days to fix. These guys came on-site and did some diagnosis magic, swapped a chip in the motherboard and viola! They also got rid of excess moisture from my computer... I don't know how that happened but all working now. I made it to my interview on time and saved my bacon! I owe you because my Ontario experience is better with your super fast help! Thanks!

We're still in the process of hiring Onyx team and I am writing this because the sales people don't act like sales people. They are very technical and listen carefully to what the business needs are. Amir has been very patient because there is a lot of unknown with our IT stuff. We're looking forward to a long lasting working relationship. Service so far is without any pressure and without making us feel dumb about technology terms that we're not aware of. I hope you guys keep up with your core values and continue providing a non-transactional approach because it gives us a lot of confidence. Thanks!

I had a bad tenant who had to be evicted (pre-covid) and I needed to change the lock fast. I met Rad at the condo, he was quick to arrive and service was great as well. Although he was only able to change 1 of the lock's key, deadbolt was too old or something. I accomplished what had to be done and I appreciate your service.

Moving is a scary business. Two Men and A Truck sent their crew on time and they were professional. Unfortunately my headset suffered minor scrapes in the process but that is to be expected. They moved me to my new toronto apartment with no hassle. I wish i don't have to move again but if I do, I know where to go. Thanks!
