They damaged our deck and promised to fix it. After repeated attempts to contact them, they stopped answering e-mails and phone calls. *UPDATE* They kept their promise and fixed our deck. The new office manager made it a high priority and solved our issue promptly.

Thank you for the feedback and bringing this to our attention. I apologize the repair was not completed, I was unaware of this as I had gone back to school in September. This absolutely should have been resolved for you ASAP. I have not received any contact from you since I returned and took over as the office manager in early December. I am in the process of getting this sorted out for you.
