Sharon showed up when he said he would, got quickly to work on our dishwasher. The appliance was not working at all and was displaying error codes for 2 separate problems. I thought I would have to buy a new dishwasher or at least face a hefty repair bill. Sharon discovered the problem was a frayed wire hidden away inside the door. Solved both problems within the hour. He is very knowledgeable, helpful and really shows an interest in what he is doing. Can't recommend him highly enough. Gordon
