We had Pestico come to our home to treat an exotic wood table from termites. We mentioned that we were a bit concerned because it was a very sensitive wood. They assured us that they would first assess the table and if they feel that there would be potential for damage they would not go through with it. They did treat it, but shortly after the treatment the table warped and cracked. The treatment also left water marks on the table. On top of all of that, the termites are still very much alive and eating away at our table. We called them to let them know that the termites were still alive and asked if they had another way of treating the wood (as they state clearly on their website) since the other method damaged our table. They said no. Then we asked if we could get a refund since it clearly did not work and there is no other way of treating it. They very rudely said they would send someone in to look at the table and then hung up on us. We called them back to ask for a date and he said he would call us to let us know - they never called and no one ever came. We have been calling them for a few weeks now trying to resolve this issue, but have been hung up on and ignored. They robbed us of our money and destroyed our very expensive one of a kind dining table. There is not much we can do, but wanted to make sure no one else has to go through what we went through.

Satisfy our customers is our priority. It was not termites.termites damage home structure first.then they reach to any furniture.we returned your money.Still if you are not happy.....

I ordered a ceiling lamp for my dining room 3 and a half months ago and am still waiting for it. I called about a week ago asking about it and they said that it was in, they just forgot to call me to tell me. It took me over an hour to get to the store and back, but I drove over and the sales girl said that she was mistaken and that it was someone else's order that was in. I was fuming at this point so the manager agreed to ship the light to my house once it was in. They called me finally to let me know that they would be delivering the light, but of course, they did not show up, nor did they call to tell me that they could not make it. I have yet to see this light. Needless to say, I will never be visiting this store again. The customer service is appalling and continues to be even after numerous mistakes, which to me says that they could care less about their customers. Absolutely horrible and unacceptable.
