Purchased and AC through my builder which was outsourced to this company. The issue stopped working after three uses. It's been two weeks with no resolution. The technicians and un professional and have no sense of urgency. Terrible company. I am not the only one from my sub division who have had \ has issues with this company.
We wanted door inserts for our home and came across 'What a Pane' on google. We gave them a call and spoke to Barry who was friendly, and answered all of our questions. Their designs and selection on their website stood out to us, so we decided to check out their showroom. At the showroom, we met Neil who was just as friendly and accommodating and took time to answer our questions and gave us time to look around on our own. With seeing all the great selection, it took us a while to decide on what we wanted. Both Neil and Barry were very patient, did not rush us, and helped to make our request a reality. When it came time for the actual installation, Barry and a technician came by, and was fast, efficient clean and professional. We are very happy with this experience as we are picky for good quality and they surpassed our expectations.
