I posted about my condo stracked washer/dryer issue (would not spin) on HomeStars and received an e-mail and phone call within a few minutes. Brittany was lovely on the phone and coordinated service to arrive on the same day as the call. Ariel texted me when he was on the way, and was prompt, knowledgeable, and efficient. He had all of the parts with him, and worked quickly and effectively. Ariel advised us of the dryer issues and showed us the parts that were broken. (He gave us some usage tips for future as well.) I would highly recommend his services. Fast, and reliable. Very impressed with both Brittany and Airel.
