I was unable to access my condo mailbox and after contacting Canada Post, I was advised that they would be unable to help me. Nick arrived at my condo within 20 minutes after the dispatcher call. He informed me of what needed to be completed and how much it would cost (reasonable). Nick was extremely professional and provided exceptional service. Highly recommend!!
