I hired Oak and Anchor on 3 separate projects on my rental properties. 1. was a bathroom rebuild. I striped everything down to the studs and subfloor. the crew came in and rebuilt the bathroom, way quicker and nicer then I could have done. 2. a unit had a leak coming in from a balcony. the team came in, found the leak, solved the problem and rebuilt in better condition then was better. 3. major kitchen Renos on 2 units. 1 unit was under a time crunch as I had tenants moving in. oak and anchor and I worked until 2AM and were back on site for 7am to complete the project. Time and time again this company has gone above and beyond to complete projects in a professional and timely manner. Great pricing allows me the luxury to keep using them. they are able to adjust and pivot as my needs and visions change. can't wait until the next time we work together.
