Ranieri has been prompt and detailed throughout: from my initial call to the successful completion of the job. We had a number roofers drop by to assess our leaking roof problem and all but Ranieri spent 5 minutes or less. Ranieri spent an hour methodically pinpointing the issue, providing us a temporary solution and detailing the work required. We decided to go with Ranieri and everything has been delivered as he had promised. Also, it should be noted that we had a portion of roofing that required a unique solution to carry away rain/snow from an awning. Ranieri's solution was elegant, professionally sound and aesthetically pleasing. He's solid. Period.

Valentin is a very straightforward man: describes the job, completes it within prescribed time, no fuss, no muss. And he's very helpful: he identified the high-end european fixture we had (other plumbers had no idea), gave me contact names to source the parts (which landed up being no-cost).
