The owner of Pure Air Experts convinced me to purchase a Hepa 1000UV air purifier system. When I contacted one of his employees with the intention of ordering the filter replacement system, the Owner intercepted the message and sent me an invoice, asking me to send him an e-transfer with the funds of $649.75. I did this and then never heard from The owner again. I have no recourse because I was foolish enough to send him an e-transfer. The bank can't help and the police are not interested. Do not send your money to this company. Do not order anything from this company. There are several companies out there that sell the same product. Don't be taken in by him even if you have done business with him in the past or if he was recommended. I was stupid and trusting! You don't have to be. There are many other victims out there across Canada.
