From the moment I spoke with Marnie, the manager to the wave and thanks after the job was complete there was nothing short of incredible customer service and professionalism with personality. Marnie is knowledgeable, helpful and patient in providing all the information you need to make a good decision...a hot water tank may not seem exciting but she makes you feel like you’re buying a treasure piece! Ali and his brother were amazing...they actually use a red carpet and are extremely conscientious and efficient every step of the way...from removal of old to installation of new and all the cleanup in between.
