Charlie installed new porcelain flooring and baseboard for the foyer area of my house. He also instalaled a new solid wood door. I am happy with his services.

I had one of the most fantastic experience with FIX Aluminium as their installers for eavestrough and downspout are incredibly skiled, knowledgable and get things done. I needed to re-route 2 of my downspouts to another location as I wanted to free some space in my property to bring an excavator for some work in my backyard and also better manage water. Jamie came to my house for site visit, measured the distances accurately, understood the scope of work and the challenges involved, discussed and gave me the options and gave me a reasonable quote that included 10 years labor warranty. Other companies did not fully comprehend my requirements (the quote was also vague without discussing what I wanted). On the day of installation, the installers were careful to re-route the downspouts. There were few other contractors working in my home and the installers were still able to install the downspout. They were quick and efficient and did the job with utmost precision (better than what I had envisioned ) and tested the water flow and slope properly. Jamie had discussed and matched the existing color of my downspout and my house looks great with enhances curb appeal and works flawless now. Den is a very knowledgeable person who helped me with all my queries. The external waterproofing warranty given to me by RCC is for lifetime and is Transferrable. Den explained to me RCC's waterproofing process including the materials used (especially the air-gap drainage membrane unique to RCC ). Noel's team was hardworking and professional. Overall, I am extermely impressed with their work as they completed a big waterproofing project of the whole perimeter of home. I did ask some technical questions and he explained me well. They came later to do grading of soil as well once the side that had settled. Afterwards, I received a call from Melody in the office to assess to check if the project went as per my expectations and if there was anything left to ensure my satisfaction. I highly recommend RCC to anyone who is looking to do waterproofing of their home. RCC's payment process is also very easy on their website. This project has added a lot of value to my home and I can easily transfer the warranty to the new homeowner if I ever sell my home (An investment that has a lot of value add for me).

Vitaly assessed the situation and resolved the washer repair. I had to remove the washer for some work in my basement. Vitaly checked and configured the machine correctly. He also replaced the leaky hose pipe with new steel pipe. Thanks for coming today

Fecri did a good job of removing dirt from my carpet, wax from tile and also hardwood cleaning. The cleaning was done in good effect when other carpet cleaners were not ready to clean my house. I will recommend him anytime.
