This is a great store to shop for a great price on carpet if you know how much you need and want it right away. We only needed basic carpet for our stairs (less slippery than laminate/hardwood) so were shopping for price. They had a good selection and the price was right. Service was basic, nothing special, but we only needed a small amount for stairs so it wasn't a big deal.

This is not your big box store, as stuff is splashed everywhere. The store itself is a mess but their prices were good. We found bathroom tiles that we really liked for half the price of similar tiles from other suppliers. They're really busy so getting help is a challenge. The sales staff are also the cashiers. Also, there are no price tags so you have to ask for prices for everything.

We shopped around for the tiles for our kitchen & bathroom reno. We purchased the kitchen tiles from Olympia. They have the best showroom. They have a great selection and the tiles were displayed in an attractive manner. They also have design boards with different tiles placed together so that you can get ideas. You can also get a sample tile to take home with you for free. We took several different samples home and laid them on the ground. Their prices were higher than other suppliers (even with the contractor discount) but you get the samples and the selection.

I was very happy with the quality of the job done by the crew at Navco on our roof. I was more impressed by the service following the roof job. The Company sent me a thank you letter and my warranty papers for the roof.

My contractor has a discount here so I came here to purchase a light for my entrance (foyer). They had a decent selection. There were several people working but no one came over to offer any help; they just stayed at their workstation.

WUPA built a new garage in my backyard. I was very happy with the service and with the garage. They even selected a very modern garage door that I had never seen before; it was very sleek.

I purchased my bamboo floors and my laminate floors from King of Floors. They had a good selection and their showroom is huge. The price was comparable to other places but I liked the colours that they offered. The staff were helpful and seem to know their stuff.

I purchased interior doors and moldings from this company and they are excellent. Their prices for doors was a little more expensive but they matched the prices that I got quoted from another supplier. I couldn't find a lower price for mouldings. The best part about them was that they told me when they'd deliver the doors and mouldings and they showed up when they said they would. They also forgot the some hardware and came back promptly the next day to deliver it. Excellent customer service from this company.
