The team did a great job from quote to completion. Sales uses a more assertive sales style but they have references to boot and are very responsive. Especially during the pandemic. He was the only sales person to catch the nuances of my roof from low angle, to venting. Installers protected every window and door with sheets of plywood and tarped the lawn. The owners son spent 3 hours combing the grass for nails afterwards. The owner came by afterwards to check on the shingles and 6 months later came by when I noticed a few of the shingles curling. He will be back to glue down a few that lifted up in the spring once it gets warm enough that they will lay flat in the sun. Best contractor experience yet for home protection and cleanup. Worked well with aluminum and siding contractor for the full deal. Comes at a premium for the product and the service but well worth it.

Loni came and gave a quote in the fall and was willing to do the job in the late winter / early spring. His quote was competitive and he responded more timely than anyone else by both email and text. The end product looks great. One piece shrank instead of expanded in the heat and he is replacing it. I appreciate that his team has addressed all concerns and continues to help make the house look great for many years to come.
