The inspector, Dan, was great - punctual (early), very kind and willing to explain everything. The 91 page report was very thorough and delivered within hours of inspection completion. He was also very gracious to answer all of our questions during and after the inspection report had been sent out. The price is also very reasonable and competitive compared to other companies. I would use this company again.
