Shawn had been referred to by a family member who had great experience with him. We purchased a home in Richmond where we had sulphur in our water and the smell that came along with it. We contacted Shawn and he was really knowledgeable and took his time to answer us all of our questions. The filtration system arrived as on the date he mentioned and we couldn’t be happier with the service. He also followed up after the installation which is a bonus.
