David helped me out when the faucet was constantly leaking. The temp control was seized and he had to go from behind the tub to remove the faucet and toe tester. He explained the time it would take and completed the job in the same time frame. He replaced it with a moen faucet and advised me to get the product because of the lifetime warranty of the cartridge so I would not have to pay for it if the cartridge ever leaked again.

Mike and his team are fantastic at what they do, the service was efficient and honest i would recommend them for emergency services. Drain Rooter is on my short list of service companies i will call if anything else happens with my plumbing. Shower faucet was broken and kept on spinning. Water wouldnt shut off. just kept on spinning. I didnt know what to do. i shut off the main just to make it stop. Called Drain Rooter the next morning and they got Mike the within an hour or so from my call. Mike is a excellent technician he assessed the problem and explain to me what happened and the solutions to fix it. he advised me that he may have to cut the drywall from the other side of the wall if the part was seized. Mike was hopeful that it wasnt the case cause he didnt want me to go through all that. Luckily it was a worn out part and he change it with out breaking anything.

they cleaned the ducts, furnace, changed humidifier filter. they do a good job explaining the work, the technician Paul is good guy and very professional and friendly.

Paul and Conpany did a great job with the duct cleaning of my house, it had not been cleaned for years and now it is sparkling and dust free as well as sanitized with a all natural product. i was not home when they arrived so they called me and i let them know i was on my way and would be about 20min to half hour. the waited without hesitation and i am thankful for that. the service was very friendly and professional, explained what they were doing and did not push any other services on me.
